Sometimes too good to be true - is in fact, TRUE. That is the case with Sonadora. The place is perfectly managed, perfectly clean, extremely comfortable, stylish, modern, safe, and perfect for our group of friends with kids, ages 12-21. We spread out comfortably between both homes. Five master suites and two bunk room suites couldn't be nicer. Air conditioning works when you want it. Hot water when you need it. Delicious meals served and cleared outside as we requested. Plenty of activities and space, and not far from Las Barillas if you need some local culture. This team of professionals aims to please and totally delivers. We are experienced travelers with high expectations and Sonadora delivered. We already booked for next winter.

What an amazing location, beach and property! 3 beautiful pools, luxurious rooms, well appointed kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms etc. The whole property is the perfect relaxation oasis.

Don’t hesitate staying here. The staff is amazing and the property is amazing for kids. We loved every minute of it. Reserve the food! The chefs were great ! Christian was great ! Ken and Lynda was great !

This place is truly magical — peaceful, private, and incredibly special. From the moment we arrived, I felt completely at home. It’s one of those rare resorts where you genuinely “find yourself” and can fully relax and reconnect. The staff is beyond phenomenal. Every single person goes above and beyond, always with a warm smile and a genuine desire to make your stay unforgettable. The service is impeccable, and the food is absolutely fantastic — every meal felt thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. There was never a dull moment. Between paddle boarding, snorkeling, long beach walks, breathtaking sunrises in the morning, and stunning sunsets in the evening, every day felt like a dream. The beaches are pristine, and the pools are just as beautiful — the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. I truly can’t say enough about this place. It’s special. It’s beautiful. It’s wonderful. We will absolutely be back!

I hosted my very first retreat at Sonadora Resort, and it exceeded every expectation I had. The property is the definition of luxury, with stunning attention to detail in every aspect. Set right on the beach, it offers breathtaking views framed by palm trees and soft sand, with sunrises and sunsets that are nothing short of spectacular. The service was truly 10/10 and the staff was incredibly attentive and made sure every need was met. And the food? It felt like dining at a Michelin-star restaurant every single day. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Absolutely stunning private villa 1.5 hrs from cabo airport. Stayed here for a wellness retreat. The food, the views, the ocean, the staff, everything was warm and welcoming. It's remote location offers a tranquil and private experience. Which also means the road here went from highway, to dirt to sand. Just when your not sure your going to arrive the villa appears as a hidden sanctuary. Must have experience better if you bring good company and positive vibes.

Soñadora Resort is the most amazing oasis to find peace & tranquility. From the spectacular location with out of this world sunrises & sunsets, soft sand to wander in solitude or with loved ones, abundant with various birds, frolicking whales & dolphins, sounds of the local animals…it is heaven on earth. Ken & Linda and their amazing staff have created a wonderful property, homes to lounge in, homemade meals beyond compare & the most welcoming and cared for environment. If you are searching for beauty, peace, tranquility & connecting to nature all while being wonderfully cared for, this is your place. We came together at this magical resort for a women’s wellness retreat and we found so much more than we could have imagined. We all felt so safe, respected, loved and cared for from the wonderful staff and owners.

Absolutely stunning property and accommodation, the photos don’t do it justice! A quiet and private little oasis, could not have imagined anything more relaxing rejuvenating. The staff is friendly and exceptional service, go over and above in every way. The food was incredible, every meal fresh and flavourful. I will be back every year, the absolute best place to travel in Mexico!
